Anne Hall Nutritionist
On January 9th, my class assembled in the home ec room for a talk with the nutritionist Anne Hall. She spoke to us about the importance of a balenced diet, a healthy breakfast, a regular breakfast and she talked us through the new food pyramid.
As teenagers, our diet is very important. She told us about our dietary requirments and if we play sport what we should be eating before and after excercising. She told us about portion control and how by making the plate we eat off smaller we are most likely to eat less.
